<P><FONT color=red size=5>由于齐迷比较分散，时间又非常之紧凑，建议先以人数多的地区为主，辅以散兵游勇，具体做法： </FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=red size=5>1. 北京，天津，上海，深圳，成都，西安——这几个地区的筒子集中拍摄，由此六处的版主或负责人负责具体实施。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>2.其它地区的散兵游勇式齐迷，如欲上镜，可以采取就近原则，或自 拍，或联络就近的组织统一拍摄——自己传给我或由就近组织的负责人统一发来。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>3.拍摄要求：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>提倡创意，突出集体。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>背景建议选择当地有代表性的建筑或风景。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>用相机的DV功能或家用DV拍摄均可，尽量提供大尺寸的视频。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red size=5>搞定后可以用各种方式传给我即可。 </FONT></P>
