<P>「天使與狼」是本土藝人演唱會中最盛大，製作及演出水準最高的一次。為了讓「天使與狼」達到國際化水準，特別聘請英國「Wham」合唱團原經紀人製作整場音樂，樂師及舞者均是英國的一流人才，舞台工程則交由美國與日本設計，力求舞台、燈光、音響的盡善盡美，並開創台灣流行音樂的里程碑。相關製作人員如下：</P>
